Leather patch vs embroidery?
Embroidery stitches your logo directly onto the hat for a classic thread finish. A leather patch places the logo on a separate leather emblem attached to the hat; send your artwork and crew's preferred style so we can recommend an option and show a free mock-up.
Do you have minimums?
No, but per-hat price drops a lot by the dozen. Plan quantities for your whole crew, team or staff to make the most of volume pricing.
Can we mix hat colors in one order?
Tell us the hat style, color breakdown and quantity for each color when you request your group quote. We will confirm the available combinations and how they affect pricing before your team approves the order.
How long does a hat order take?
Typically under 10 days. Send your group quantities, artwork and event date for free mock-ups and a quote in under 5 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 8–6); we will confirm timing for your order before production.
Can you match our logo colors?
Send your logo file and any brand color references with your hat quote request. We will review thread or patch color options with you in the mock-up, since the decoration method and material affect how a color appears.
Do you ship to Charlotte?
Yes. $5 Flat-Rate Shipping to the Lower 48 is available for Charlotte group orders, including companies, teams and event organizers. You can also pick up at our Mooresville shop at 207 Talbert Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117, during Mon–Fri 8–6.
