Patches are the most flexible way to brand apparel. Because the artwork is made separately and then applied, one design can move across caps, jackets, bags, uniforms, and team gear without re-digitizing for every garment — and you can add patches to pieces that are difficult to decorate directly.
We handle every step at Ultimate Swag: cleaning up your artwork, recommending the style and backing that fits the garment, producing the patches, and applying them if you'd like us to. Custom patch creation starts around $5.57 for 100 pieces, and we run orders from 10 pieces up to 10,000 with no minimums. Every order ships with $5 Flat-Rate Shipping to the Lower 48, and local pickup is available in Mooresville.

Send us your logo or sketch along with the size, quantity, and where the patch is going. We'll recommend a style and backing — sew-on, iron-on, or hook-and-loop — and send a free digital mock-up so you can see the shape, border, and thread or material colors before anything is produced.
Once you approve, we produce the patches and let you know the moment they're finished. Need the patches applied to garments? We can decorate the apparel here too, so hats, jackets, and uniforms arrive ready to wear.
