These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ultimate Swag website and the products and decoration services we provide. Ultimate Swag is operated by Live Lucky Real Estate, LLC, located at 207 Talbert Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117, phone (704) 893-8000. By using this site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes, Proofs, and Orders

Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide — quantity, garment, decoration method, and number of print or stitch locations — and may change if those details change. No payment is required to request a quote. Production begins after you approve your digital proof and your proposal. You are responsible for reviewing proofs for spelling, artwork, colors, sizes, and placement; we produce what is approved.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and you authorize us to use it to produce your order. We do not reproduce artwork that infringes another party’s trademark or copyright. Website content, photography, and layout are our property or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.

Turnaround, Pickup, and Shipping

Turnaround times are quoted per job and begin after proof and payment approval. Rush work may carry additional cost. $5 Flat-Rate Shipping to the Lower 48 Local pickup available at our Mooresville shop.

Payment

Orders are paid through the proposal we send you or in the shop. Custom decorated goods are made to order and are generally not returnable except for a defect in our work or a deviation from the approved proof — contact us right away and we will make it right.

SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description. Ultimate Swag, operated by Live Lucky Real Estate, LLC, sends text messages to customers and prospects who opt in. Messages are order and account (customer care) messages only: order and quote updates, proof approvals, delivery notices, and review requests.

• How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our quote request form , our contact form, or our SMS opt-in page.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• Text STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• We never sell or share your mobile number, and we do not use purchased lists. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how mobile opt-in data is handled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits or missed events caused by circumstances outside our control such as carrier delays or supplier stock-outs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page and applies to orders placed after it is posted. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
