Faux Leather Patches

Faux leather patches are cut from a durable synthetic sheet that mimics the grain and finish of real leather. Your logo is debossed or engraved into the surface, then the patch is stitched onto the garment with a visible border stitch that becomes part of the design.

Compared with genuine hide, faux leather is more consistent from patch to patch, lighter, less expensive at higher quantities, and fully vegan — which matters to a growing number of brands and teams.

It is the go-to for the modern trucker and rope hat look, and it carries the same appeal on beanie tags, canvas totes, duffels, backpacks, aprons, and hoodie chest tags. Breweries, outfitters, real estate teams, and outdoor brands lean on it heavily because it reads premium at a glance.

Faux leather handles clean line art, wordmarks, and outlines extremely well. Very fine detail and photographic artwork do not deboss cleanly, so for those we will point you toward print and stitch patches instead.

Because the material is synthetic, it shrugs off moisture better than untreated leather and will not darken unevenly from rain or sweat. Wipe it clean rather than scrubbing, wash the garment cool and inside out, keep it away from high dryer heat, and never press a hot iron directly onto the patch face.
