We digitize your artwork into a stitch file, embroider it onto a backing material, cut the patch to shape, and finish the perimeter — either with a merrowed overlock edge for round and oval shapes or a satin-stitched border for custom outlines. What you get back is a self-contained badge you can apply to almost anything.

Because the patch is produced off the garment, quality does not depend on the fabric underneath. A logo that would pucker on a lightweight performance tee sits perfectly flat as a patch.
